These two frames hold a brief meeting of the roofline and the traffic overhead. In the first photograph, an aircraft enters the open blue sky beside the temple's eaves. The roof and a mounted camera fill the near edge of the frame; the plane is still partly hidden. An aircraft appears beneath the temple roofline, with a mounted camera in the foreground. (https://mayphus.org/media/xiamen-qingshui-gong/roofline.jpg) In the second, the aircraft clears the roof. The underside, engines and wings are visible against the sky, while roof ornaments remain at the edge. The left wing reads 厦门航空 (Xiamen Air), and the right carries registration B-5688. This is a milestone aircraft: [Xiamen Air’s own chronology](https://rescms.xiamenair.cn/brandnew_CN/channels/296.html) names B-5688 as the 100th plane in its fleet. [Flight tracking information](https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/b-5688) identifies it as a Boeing 737-85C. The photographs do not establish a flight number or exact capture date. Xiamen Air’s 100th aircraft, B-5688, passes above Qingshui Gong, with roof ornaments at the right edge. (https://mayphus.org/media/xiamen-qingshui-gong/overhead.jpg)
