Source: https://mayphus.org/physics/ Title: Projectile-motion study Metadata: {"kind":"artifact","language":"en","route":"/physics/","status":"archived","type":"page"} Projectile-motion study This Racket study compares two simulated trajectories: a closed-form no-air baseline and a quadratic-drag model integrated with fourth-order Runge–Kutta steps. The saved diagram uses a dashed green curve for the baseline and a solid red curve for drag; the latter peaks lower and ends sooner in the default example. The original generator and saved SVG were recovered on 7 October 2026. Running an isolated copy with its default configuration reproduced the archived SVG byte for byte. This confirms reproducibility of that output, not agreement with a physical experiment. The model assumes constant gravity, air density and drag coefficient, with a horizontal wind setting. Its integration uses a fixed time step and interpolates the crossing of ground level. It is an idealized numerical study; no measured flight data or independent physical validation was found in the inspected generator. The source also contains browser, static-HTML and PDF export paths. Those paths and the historical PDF files were not validated in this pass. The public page remains a project record rather than an interactive simulator, and the archived source and output files are not offered as downloads.
